This Privacy Policy describes how Diagnodesk LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our web portal at app.diagnodesk.com and our desktop diagnostic application.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, company name, and role when you register. Diagnostic data: hardware specifications, network performance metrics, security configuration status, and peripheral availability as configured by your business. Usage data: login activity, pages visited, and feature usage within the platform. We do not collect personal files, browsing history, installed applications, or any data beyond the specific diagnostic tests configured in your project.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the diagnostic verification service. To display pass/fail results to authorized team members in your business. To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support requests. To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Candidate Data
Candidates do not create accounts. Diagnostic data collected from candidates is limited to the system checks configured by the business. Candidate results are accessible only to authorized team members within the business that initiated the diagnostic. Candidates may request deletion of their diagnostic data by contacting the business or us directly.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Diagnostic results are stored in encrypted databases. Access to data is restricted by role-based permissions (Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer). We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Diagnostic results are retained indefinitely unless you delete them or your account is terminated. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
