Welcome to Diagnodesk. By accessing or using our platform at app.diagnodesk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
"Diagnodesk" refers to the platform operated by Diagnodesk LLC. "Business" refers to an organization that creates an account and manages diagnostic projects. "Candidate" refers to an individual who receives a diagnostic link and runs the desktop application. "Services" refers to all features provided through the Diagnodesk web portal and desktop application.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each business account may invite team members with varying permission levels (Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer). You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Use of Services
Diagnodesk provides automated system diagnostic tools for verifying hardware, network, security, and peripheral configurations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to collect data beyond the scope of system diagnostics configured in your project. Candidates must be informed that a diagnostic will be performed on their system.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Add-on purchases for extra projects or candidates are one-time charges and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Data and Privacy
Diagnostic data is collected solely for the purpose of system verification. We do not collect personal files, browsing history, or any data beyond the configured diagnostic tests. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Diagnodesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
